Accomodation Search Form

I found a link to an easy to use Accomodation Search Form. This might be one of the easier ways to see what is available.

Camping

I know at least one family who have chosen to do the camping thing, and some potential attendees are considering it.
Keith & Michelle will be staying at: N.E.T. Camping Resort

Accomodation Update #1 - 21 July 2008

Update!
The Trilium House (a B & B) has one room available for Friday/Satuday night, Queen bed, shared bathroom, $115/night. The Phone # is 905-468-5649.

A Bit of Housekeeping

When Keith and I were trying to rent an event location for this meet-up, we quickly found there were only two kinds of facilities available: affordable facilities, and available facilities :( Niagara on the lake being the tourist event that it is brings it's challenges in finding suitable locations.

In the spirit of complete transparency, the Prince of Wales Hotel is costing us $500 for the day, so we would like to ask for $10 per attendee to help defer the cost. This cost only applies to those attending sessions at the Prince of Wales Hotel on Saturday August 16th.
